Advocacy in Action 2022
MONA’s Advocacy in Action Conference is designed for nurses interested in learning more about legislative advocacy.
Nurses do more than delegate, dictate, and direct; nurses make change happen. MONA believes it is vital to involve all Missouri nurses in advocacy. Each and every nurse has the potential to make a positive impact on the profession through public policy advocacy for patients, nurses and the nursing profession.
This conference will teach participants to utilize their leadership abilities in the political world. Nurses continue to be the most trusted profession and policymakers listen when nurses speak. This conference will help nurses speak confidently with one strong voice, insight into the legislative and regulatory processes and empowering nurses to positively impact health care policy through advocacy.
We hope you will choose to join us for the Advocacy in Action Conference on November 16th!
