2023 Coming Together in Advanced Practice Nursing Conference (APRN Conference)

The Missouri Coming Together in Advanced Practice Nursing Conference is designed for advanced practice registered nurses who are practicing as nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists.
The conference will help APRNs:
- Develop clinical skills and knowledge applicable to advanced practice nursing.
- Describe current and future trends impacting advanced practice nursing.
- Network with nurses in various specialties of advanced practice nursing.
- Network with a number of health care service representatives to learn the latest state of the art technologies and pharmaceuticals.

Registration Fees
Registration fees include refreshments, luncheons, continuing education credit and access to session materials for each day registered.
FULL CONFERENCE

Pre-registration is required. Early-bird registration closes on April 1, 2023, at 12:00 pm CST.
Individuals are allowed to register after April 1st, but registration fees increase by $50.00. No registrations accepted after April 17, 2023.
Refund/Cancellation Policy – Registration fees, less a $50.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to registrants who cannot attend and notify the Missouri Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before April 5, 2023. No refunds will be made after April 5, 2023.
Exhibitors
The Missouri Nurses Association would like to invite all Agencies/Companies/Pharmaceutical Companies/Hospitals/Schools of Nursing to exhibit at the upcoming conference. Exhibits will be held on Thursday, April 27 only.
The 2023 APRN Conference will provide you with an opportunity to have direct contact with Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in decision-making roles, ranging from diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in primary care to intensive management of patients. You will be able to communicate the value of your medication, product or service to their practice. The conference also provides the setting for APRNs to examine employment opportunities. We anticipate around 200 advanced practice registered nurses and clinical nurse specialists from a variety of settings will participate in this year’s program*. We hope you will choose to support our event! *Attendance numbers are estimates, not guarantees, are based on attendance trends from past events and are subject to change

Hotel
Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Missouri Nurses Association at the Holiday Inn Executive Center at a rate of $113.00 plus taxes and lodging fees, for single or double occupancy.
Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel at 573-445-8531 identifying yourself with the Missouri Nurses Association or by clicking here to make your sleeping room reservation online. Reservations must be made on or before March 27, 2023.
Accreditation
Participants meeting the successful completion requirements can receive a maximum of 14.75 contact hours (7.25 Thursday, 7.5 Friday). Pharmacology focused sessions are marked with Rx symbol.
The Midwest Multistate Division is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Those certified through AANP – Contact hours received through participation in this event are acceptable toward certification/recertification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Per the AANP guidelines, the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is an acceptable, accredited and independent organization that provides advanced nursing CE content for NPs seeking renewal using continuing education credit. Disclosures
- Successful Completion – Participants must register, check-in on each day for which they are registered, complete a verification of attendance form, noting the sessions they participated in, and complete an online conference evaluation to receive a certificate of completion.
- Contact Hours – A total of 14.75 contact hours are available to those who meet the successful completion requirements (7.25 Thursday, 7.5 Friday).
- Relevant Financial Relationships – Planning committee member Helen Feldker is an investigator for the FINEARTS-HF clinical trial by Bayer AG. The relevant financial relationship has been mitigated. No other relevant financial relationships were identified for any member of the planning committee or presenter/author of the program content.
